David Rivanis & Tracy Ramirez are a father and daughter team bringing their family's expertise and passion for fine food and fine beverages to their coffee roasting.
After many years of success owning and operating The Market Grill in Monrovia, it seemed natural that the family would pursue another field they were extremely passionate and knowledgeable about - COFFEE.

As a home coffee roaster since 1998, David has studied under Mike Perry of Klatch Coffee and at the campus of
Mill City Roasters in Minneapolis. There he sharpened his skills as a coffee roaster, and received great insight into the world of green coffee sourcing, roasting, and distribution.

Tracy Ramirez operates the Sales & Marketing side of Eureka Roasters. Her experience in F&B in addition to Consulting for other Small Businesses adds an element of
Customer Service that is unparalleled.
Together, David & Tracy and the entire Eureka Roasters Family are excited to share their craftsmanship with their customers.
