Shipping Policy
Local Delivery Options:
We offer FREE local delivery to the SGV, and some other parts of Los Angeles County. Please be sure to choose Free Local Delivery as your preferred method in Checkout.
Shipping to the Continental US:
We charge a nominal standard shipping fee for all coffee orders, unless stated otherwise. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and any other available carrier to ensure the lowest shipping rates possible.
Shipping starts at $8 and can go up to $14, depending on the item(s) being shipped. Shipping times vary, and delays do occur. However, Tracking is provided for every order shipped.
International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer International Shipping. But we can discuss your shipping options by contacting us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy
Not satisfied with your order? Let us make it right!
Email us @ eurekaroasters@gmail.com and we will make it right for you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, and we will replace any items in your order that you are not satisfied with, you only pay for shipping costs.
We do not provide refunds on orders, only replacement of the same item.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are not able to accept any returns on merchandise that has already left our facility.
